With us, ongoing support is an essential part of the program with follow up progress reports to ensure learning is continuously understood and applied on an ongoing basis.

Key Features of our Programme
Bespoke workshops designed for each team according to their context. Maximum 10 people.
Regular contact with the team leader to tailor and monitor the programme.
Workshops are based on live issues increasing relevance and direct application.

Initial Context
Meeting with the client to understand the team and business context and align on programme approach (1 hour)

Team Kick Off Meeting
Introduction to the programme with explanation of DiSC and The Five Behaviours Model and programme expectations (1 hour)

1:1 Interviews
1:1 interviews (30 mins) with each team member to learn about their perspective of current team dynamics

DiSC Assessment
Administer individual DiSC behavioural assessment (allow up to 2 weeks)

1:1 Coaching to Debrief DiSC
1:1 coaching (90 mins) to debrief individual DiSC profiles providing insights and understanding prior to sharing profiles in group workshops

Five Behaviours Assessment
Administer the Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team Assessment (allow up to 2 weeks)

Workshop 1 (Half day)
3.5 hour workshop to share Five Behaviours and DiSC results and determine focus

3.5 hour workshop where content would be agreed based on the outcomes of Workshop 1

Challenge:
Senior leaders saw an opportunity to inspire and create alignment behind their team vision across their specialist media groups by bringing together 20 people for a 2-day offsite, with the ultimate goal of creating a one-team approach, greater team leadership cohesion and commitment to support their goals.

We created a bespoke workshop that was designed to establish trust and open communication through participation in exercises drawn from various team coaching methodologies, including Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions (focus on Trust) and Peter Hawkins Systemic Team Coaching (focus on creating a team charter).

Challenge:
In the lead up to a pitch retention year, the Merck media agency leadership team saw an opportunity to increase team cohesion, motivation and accountability through a series of team development workshops. A team of 17 cross-functional leads were brought together to revisit their vision for success and re-establish team commitments and ways of working.

Approach:
Knowing that leaders were feeling demotivated and under high levels of stress, we created a series of half day workshops. These were designed with Lencioni's 5 Dysfunctions model at its core to encourage collaboration, open communication and trust.

The team vision was scaled to the broader client team of over 100 people. Ways of working were reset, with a focus on reducing meetings and maximising overall efficiency to free up time for greater innovation in order to deliver to the Vision, and alleviate work intensity.

Melinda Athinodorou, Executive Leadership Coach
Coaching Expertise
As a certified coach (with Association of Coaching) and certified DiSC practitioner, I work with organisations to deliver bespoke programmes to improve leadership, communication and organisational skills. I also specialize in maternity coaching and talent retention following a career break.
Media Industry Experience
With over 20 years' experience in media, I've led teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for major brands like Virgin, FCUK, and Nivea—driving strategy through to execution and delivering award-winning results. I've also consulted across government communications, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver unified and effective client service. Therefore I bring experience and empathy to all my coaching engagements.
Educational Leadership
In addition, I am a founding member of the Archer Academy, a state secondary school in East Finchley that opened in 2013 that resulted in an over subscribed Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' school. I played a key role in creating and bringing our vision to life with a team of dedicated volunteers. I currently lead projects on the strategic communications committee, from public debates on child mental health to fundraising for a new library and performing arts theatre. This achievement cements my belief in my motto.

Coaching Credentials
As a certified coach (CPCC, ACC) and Systemic Team Leadership Coaching Practitioner (GTCI), I help senior executives and teams perform at their best. With decades of business leadership and corporate media experience, and over 5 years of 1:1 coaching, I have an inherent understanding of the challenges leaders and their teams face.
Assessment Approach
I use development tools like the Leadership Circle Profile and the Enneagram (as well as the TC360 for teams) to help build self-awareness and EQ uncovering unhelpful patterns and limiting beliefs. My coaching approach integrates the latest research from cognitive science, mindfulness and performance psychology to support high-performing professionals at risk of burn out and stress.

I have over 25 years of experience in media agencies across London, Sydney, and New York, working with top global clients like Nike, LEGO, IKEA and Citi Bank. With expertise in business and client leadership, I focus on increasing self awareness to build trust, increase collaboration and accelerate leadership growth.
